Lacie's
For the inside of our store design we want a white brick building, with gray onnings on both windows. Our Lacie's logo will be stickered on both of the windows.

The inside of the store will have white brick walls. We want the color scheme to be elegant but also calming. In the middle of the store we will have furniture for people relax and lounge one. In front of the couches will be a white ottoman with a white tray, stack of books and pink peonies.
Dressing Rooms

For the organization of the store, we want to have the clothes lined against the walls. The lingerie will be divided into sections by color, and hung on racks around the store. Along these walls as well will be white drawers containing the extra bras that won't fit on the racks. We mainly want to use the racks to show customers what products we offer. They can then look in the drawers to find the correct size bra since each drawer will be labeled. The check out register will be on one of the back walls. Next to the register will be an antique white case that will contain the spa accessories for bath. We want the spa accessories to be close to the register since these are more impulse buys.


Color Scheme: pink, white and grey
Our window display we want to keep pretty simple. We want to draw consumers into the store without being overwhelming. We will feature one maybe two mannequins wearing a matching bra and underwear. The theme of the window display will follow along with the pink, white and grey color scheme.
In front of the window display drawers, we will have a small round white table with the candleson display.

Why A Boutique?
We want to have brick and mortar stores so that our customers can actually try on out bras, and get comfortable with our company, with the hopes that they come to love our brand and feel comfortable to buy online when not near one of our boutiques. We understand that brick and mortar is expensive to maintain so we wish to place small boutiques in key cities as our name and sales grow (Botelo).

Marketing
Our marketing tactic for our boutique is mainly going to rely on the area that we are set up in.We plan for our store layout and building design to attract attention to draw in consumers. We hope that the social media marketing we will be persuing for our online store will also draw customers to our boutique.
