We want to do a garden themed pop-up shop to debut our spring line and make it a fun shopping experience for consumers. The idea is that the shop will be created out of a crate with a pink, green, and white color scheme. We want to keep the same concept of a relaxing, but fun shopping experience. Inside the crate will feature our products and a changing room for women to try the fit. We want to have flowers decorated on and around the crate. The crate will start off in an area like Athens and hopefully move around the southeast to expand our market to other states.

Eventually, as the brand grows we would like to open a pop-up shop possibly in a Lush Cosmetics shop. They specialize in bath soaps that we would love to incorporate with our brand.

Why Pop-Ups?

The pop-up shops will allow us to introduce consumers to our bras and allow them to try our merchandise on. Pop-up events also make the shopping experience fun for the consumer and also insinuates impulse buying. We also hope to use pop-ups to feel out new markets that we are considering opening a boutique in to see if the city is receptive to our brand (Leinback-Reyhle).
Marketing
We will be set up in an area in a city that our pop-up shop will be hard to miss. This pop-up shop will be a marketing strategy in itself to expand our customer base in a fairly inexpensive way. Also, we will release flyers in the area of our intended pop-up location that will offer 10-20% off the entire purchase. On top of that, we will utilize Instagram again by offer 10-20% off to users who show us a post of theirs where they used our hashtag or re-posted our flyer.
